The Investor Communications Group supports the Firm’s capital raising efforts across various products, strengthening its relationship with investors and contributing to the overall growth of the Firm. The group is responsible for investor services and acts as the liaison between clients and senior management. The department is also responsible for investor onboarding and is the primary point of contact for investor reporting and ongoing account maintenance. The group also collaborates closely with department leadership, business unit heads and the Business Development and Marketing Groups to develop and execute plans in line with business objectives. The Investor Communications Intern p rimary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Update and manage investor information in CRM databases Review new investor onboarding documentation including the collection and analysis of contact information, wire instructions and tax forms Support data analysis and reconciliation projects Assist in preparing materials for weekly team meetings Ad-hoc projects and requests
