About the Department Our Investment Risk Performance team ensures accurate, timely reporting of investment performance, attribution, and portfolio characteristics. We collaborate closely with investment risk, portfolio groups, operations, client services, and marketing to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; CFA preferred.
  • 7–10 years in investment risk, performance attribution, or quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with risk and performance systems such as Bloomberg PORT, Aladdin, or FactSet.
  • Clear communication and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership experience and ability to guide team members.
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources and ensure timely delivery of performance data.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for performance and attribution.
  • Provide actionable insights to portfolio managers and senior leaders.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Client Services, Marketing, and Investment Risk.
  • Drive automation and technology enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to integrate systems and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain governance and documentation for processes and methodologies.
  • Support departmental planning, staffing, and training initiatives.
  • Lead audits, client reporting reviews, and business continuity planning.
