As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at Aurumys, your primary role is to be the connector for investors/investment companies who seek to acquire investment properties. Youâll have full access to our inventory to sell properties from the first day you start. In a Given Week, Sales Agents can Expect to: Source new Investors through a variety of strategies Make outbound sales calls to prospective Investors (We will train you!) Present large volumes of new properties to Investors Conduct showings & walk properties with Investors Facilitate offers & closings of contracts, working with lenders & other third parties Use technology to track transactions & network of Investors Provide elite service to Investors at all stages of the process High Earning Potential Your commissions are uncapped, meaning youâll never be told you bought or sold too many properties. It all comes down to your effort. This is not a passive or mediocre effort role. As typical in Real Estate, this is a fully-commission, 1099 contract role. Our Sales Agents typically close their first transaction in the first 30-45 days & complete 20-30 transactions in their first year! About the Training Our training comes in 4 parts: 1. Formal Training 2. Field Training 3. Continuous Training 4. Mentor-style Training Training is a massive part of our culture here at Aurumys. We love experimenting and trying new methods to find the edge. When you start at Aurumys, youâll get formal training that can last anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on how fast you adapt. During this time, you are also active in the field, technically able to facilitate transactions and make money (it happens fairly often). While in the field, youâll get a multitude of opportunities and curriculum to shadow other veteran sales managers in action, as well as someone to help you every step of the way for your first few transactions - what we call field training. Youâll also get continuous training throughout your entire career at Aurumys, which will consist of both field training and more formal depending on the week. Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed A high-performance mindset. Sales experience is a plus. Genuine curiosity and a passion for Investment Real Estate. Willingness to take full accountability for your work and results. Natural negotiation skills and deal-making prowess. Exceptional communication abilities, with polished interpersonal skills. Competitiveness, high personal standards, and work ethic. An active real estate license in the state in which you are applying, or be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one.
