About The Position

As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at Aurumys, your primary role is to be the connector for investors/investment companies who seek to acquire investment properties. You’ll have full access to our inventory to sell properties from the first day you start. Your time will be spent fielding and generating leads, meeting with investors, showing investment properties, working with the acquisitions team to analyze inventory, etc. Being on the Aurumys team, you’ll be surrounded in your office by highly motivated, highly competitive, high-integrity team mates. Requirements

• A high-performance mindset.
• Sales experience is a plus. Genuine curiosity and a passion for Investment Real Estate.
• Willingness to take full accountability for your work and results.
• Natural negotiation skills and deal-making prowess.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with polished interpersonal skills.
• Competitiveness, high personal standards, and work ethic.
• An active real estate license in the state in which you are applying, or be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Source new Investors through a variety of strategies
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective Investors (We will train you!)
• Present large volumes of new properties to Investors
• Conduct showings & walk properties with Investors
• Facilitate offers & closings of contracts, working with lenders & other third parties
• Use technology to track transactions & network of Investors
• Provide elite service to Investors at all stages of the process
