This position is responsible for developing and evaluating financial models across real estate investments, including assessing assumptions, structuring debt and equity at both the joint venture and fund level, analyzing distribution waterfalls, supporting portfolio monitoring and capital planning. Review and analyze transaction documentation – including loan and joint venture agreements – to assess key terms, deal structure, and resulting economic implications, and develop and evaluate structuring alternatives. Prepare materials and recommendations for management, partners, investors, and lenders, including investment committee approval memoranda and presentations. The position may also support capital raising efforts for investment vehicles/funds, platform-level equity, and joint venture partnerships.
