Banking is responsible for the origination, execution, and portfolio management of all corporate banking products and services, including credit, treasury management, and deposits; providing coverage and execution for all investment banking solutions, including capital raising, subscription finance, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our New York Industrials team as part of Corporate & Investment Bank. In this role, you will: Participate in analyzing companies, developing strategies for clients, and pulling and synthesizing market and industry research Review strategies for clients, build detailed financial models, analyze market data, and prepare client presentations related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal and external customers

Requirements

6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to travel up to 10%
Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Registration for FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
