About The Position

Job Description Summary Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team. Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock. Job Description Responsibilities Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature. Undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation to support business leaders in their decision-making. Develop and write materials that are highly visible, such as sensitive press releases or speeches to critical audiences. Participate in formulating the strategy to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline). Perform business case development, financial modeling, and accounting and valuation analyses, incorporating probability, time, cost, budget impacts, and returns, to allow for optimal strategic and investment decision-making. Support to prioritize and close key deals of strategic and/or financial significance for the company. Skills Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making. Develop financial and economic models for financial planning or monitoring purposes. Estimate and manage the effort and finances to complete the work within budget. Understand numerical concepts and use them to carry out mathematical operations e.g. in order to analyze reports. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s: Accounting (Required)
  • Bachelor’s: Business Administration (Required)
  • Bachelor’s: Finance (Required)
  • General Experience - More than 15 years
  • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
