This position typically working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Summary: Performs administrative duties for the Senior Investment Executive, Investment Executive, OSJ Operations Manager, or Administrative Assistant Level II.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong client service skills, particularly over the phone
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the banking, investment or administrative field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone coverage which includes communication with clients to determine purpose of the call.
  • Answer client questions and assist with their needs without an Officer present taking ownership and responsibility for completion of service related issues within compliance of non-licensed position
  • Prepare written correspondence to clients and submit to OSJ for approval
  • Order and maintain office supplies and literature
  • Use NuPoint for referral tracking. Keep track of monthly sales.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients at the Investment Center.
  • Prepare new account folders and client information.
  • Data entry and file maintenance,. Ensure recording keeping compliance.
  • Secretarial support.
  • Help implement marketing campaigns
  • Check all daily paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission.
