The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow, organization, and accuracy of materials supporting all company divisions, including grain, building, and electrical. This role ensures materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support efficient jobsite execution. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse system while also supporting yard maintenance, equipment organization, and facility upkeep.

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations (preferred)
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for jobsite delivery
  • Accurately track and record all inventory movement
  • Maintain organized warehouse systems and material storage
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Operate warehouse equipment and yard machinery safely
  • Maintain yard and facility grounds (mowing, gravel upkeep, snow removal)
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment, pickups, and trailers
  • Deliver urgent or missing materials to jobsites as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
