About The Position

The Inventory Team Lead plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, executing stock audits, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position requires high attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, experience in inventory or logistics, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance within all inventory-related processes.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom environments
Familiarity with inventory software and data entry systems
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for full shifts
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with state law
Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

Cannabis industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
Maintain accurate digital inventory records using internal software systems
Monitor inventory levels and identify low stock or overstocked items
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
Prepare, label, and organize outgoing shipments
Organize inventory storage areas to meet company standards
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to support daily operations
Implement and follow inventory control procedures and best practices
Identify discrepancies and support root cause resolution
Assist with barcoding, labeling, and tagging of products
Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations in all inventory handling processes
Assist in cross-departmental coordination to resolve inventory-related issues
Provide leadership and support to inventory team members during shifts
Model safe, accurate, and compliant handling practices
May lead small teams during shifts
Support training and onboarding of new inventory staff
Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance procedures during team tasks
