About The Position

What You'll Do Move and organize pallets throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques Scan pallets and assign them to correct storage locations Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (as trained) Verify inventory accuracy during receiving, storage, and shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Communicate with team members to support daily operations Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed What You'll Need Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Basic comfort using scanning devices or willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory handling Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on forklifts and equipment Clear communication skills with team members and supervisors Bonus Points For Previous warehouse or inventory experience Forklift certification or prior equipment operation experience Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes Our Benefits & Perks: You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
