The Inventory Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and inventory systems. This position supports the receiving, processing, organizing, and distribution of inventory while maintaining accuracy, organization, and high operational standards across all inventory functions.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory systems.

  • A customer-focused approach when supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while handling inventory processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations by receiving, processing, stocking, and distributing inventory and equipment.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring compliance with receiving procedures and reporting discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill orders for internal departments and retail locations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure data accuracy within inventory systems.
  • Deliver inventory and equipment to retail stores and designated departments as needed.
  • Support programming and provisioning of wireless devices (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and answering calls.
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
