Job Summary Essential job duties and responsibilities are listed below. Raw Chemical Inventory Control Support - Complete forklift safety inspection before using it. - Pulling raw orders for Pre-Weigh Pulling correct raw materials & quantities, according to F E FO Stages and delivers raw materials as needed by Pre-weigh. R eports any deviations such as; shortages, expired , and missing raw materials . - Returning raw materials back to their assigned bin locations. Makes sure raw materials are sealed properly before returning them. Checks Inventory Count Tag for updated usage. Makes sure containers are appropriately cleaned, by pre- weigh , for return. - Maintains Warehouse Sweep the floor to keep the area safe for travel. Empties warehouse trash containers as needed. Cleans up any spills in the warehouse, according to SOP . Makes sure doors are locked and bay doors are closed when not in use. Reports on any problems with doors. -Lab Support Pulls raw materials as requested by Lab and takes them to Pre-Weigh - Assists with other warehouse duties May return and pull components. See Component Warehouse Person Suites Component Inventory Control Support - Complete forklift safety inspection before using it. - Pulling components for Production. o Pulling the correct component and quantities, according to FIFO, from a pick list. Reports any deviations such as missing, incorrect quantities, wrong locations, etc … Stage components until Production is ready for them. In either warehouse as noted. Each pallet is tagged with a batch pallet tag. Submit the completed pick list to the Supervisor noting any deviations. - Returning Components or Check paperwork on returned components to make sure info is correct. o Makes sure containers are sealed for proper storage. o If there are any errors with the first 2, consult with the production supervisor for corrections. o Returns components. - Maintains/ Organizes Warehouse/CP or Sweeps the floor to keep the area safe for travel. Empties warehouse trash containers. Cleans up any spills in the warehouse, according to SOP Makes sure doors are locked and bay doors are closed when not in use. Reports on any problems with doors. Organize components/raw materials to utilize warehouse space efficiently. All are documented on a WMMF. Combining like products.
