About The Position

The goal in our Beauty Brands fulfillment center is to get products to our customers as efficiently as possible. Our Inventory Supervisor is focused on accuracy, reliability, safety, and takes great pride in the role they play within Beauty Brands. This role will work as an integral part of our eCommerce Fulfillment team. There are opportunities to work in multiple business functions such as leadership, analytics, order pack/ship, replenishment, receiving, and inventory control.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of experience and working knowledge of inventory control, fulfillment/distribution systems and processes including shipping software and warehouse management systems.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes appropriately.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated practice of exemplary leadership skills, i.e. ability to manage people; delegate, train, and motivate associates.
  • Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing and or walking for up to 8 hours.
  • Work in various temperatures.
  • Peak seasons may require evening and weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or AA degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or an industry- related field).

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily cycle count processed to ensure order accuracy based on shipping errors, product discrepancies, and daily cycle program.
  • Research needed for discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Analyze, maintain, and configure pick locations for all slotting to ensure appropriate sizing, and standard work processes to ensure efficient flow of materials to and from location.
  • Managing backorders and out of stock inventory.
  • Assists with coordination of daily operations of the fulfillment department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders.
  • Assist with Start of Day and End of Day operations which includes order import, managing backorders, and printing picking documents and customer invoices.
  • Adapting and leading inventory and put away teams in an ever-changing environment.
  • Coaching and leading a team to follow safety standards.
  • Effectively using computers, technology, and RF guns.
