Location: Hutchins, TX- Onsite (relocation will be provided to those that qualify and live within the US only, Sponsorship now or in the future will NOT be provided) Description: Provides operations leadership for small or medium size warehouse or Distribution Center, shift or department. Manages one or multiple shifts of warehouse operations including inventory and returns. Provide safe working environment for all Atmus and contract employees. Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met through the Atmus Operating System.

Requirements

WMS/ERP system experience/background.
Demonstrated ability of inventory control process improvement.
Background in a KPI environment.
Comfortable in a data-driven environment. Able to take raw data, organize into usable information, see patterns, develop a plan, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively to their audience. Has the ability to build rapport with hourly employees and motivate. Can also communicate with an executive of Atmus effectively during a VIP site visit.
