About The Position

The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily inventory/shipping functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations at ND Sheets. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of clerical experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment required, shipping and receiving experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with inventory.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
  • Inventory Control
  • Shipping planning / PGI
  • Assist with inventory data entry and updating internal systems accurately.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate inventory restocking.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Support HR functions such as timekeeping, onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other staff as needed.
