An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager and is responsible for HUB operation. This role involves managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. Key responsibilities include pulling and shipping HUB orders on time, managing cycle counts, plan-o-grams, stocking parts, and handling callbacks and MAXI changes. The specialist is also expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, and complete all required training. Under the General Manager's direction, the specialist may train and develop Team Members to ensure HUB operations meet company standards. The role also involves coordinating product delivery, maintaining inventories, keeping operating records, and preparing daily transaction records. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist will help ensure compliance with security, customer service, and record-keeping policies and procedures, and will have Key Holder responsibilities including task assignment, safety oversight, and opening/closing duties.
