About The Position

We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to join Rally Networks! The candidate must have excellent listening skills and be great at communicating with internal staff. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detailed, consistent, and persistent. The candidate must be able to communicate with the accounting and construction staff. Summary: We are seeking a proactive Inventory Specialist to bridge the gap between the accounting office and the physical inventory sites. The position will be the primary point of contact for on-site staff, ensuring that actual usage matches the financial records.

Requirements

Self-Starter: Ability to "jump right in," troubleshoot independently, and manage your own workflow.
Communicator: Capable of building strong working relationships with field teams.
Analytical: Strong attention to detail; comfortable with Excel and accounting software.
Experience: Previous accounting or inventory experience is a plus, but a high level of technical aptitude and a "can-do" attitude are the priorities.

Responsibilities

Reconcile Daily: Compare site usage reports against accounting records to ensure 100% accuracy for 17 companies.
Collaborate: Work directly with on-site employees to resolve paperwork gaps and clarify inventory movements.
Investigate: Identify and solve variances through research and data analysis.
Own the Process: Take initiative to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.
