About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Inventory Specialist to bridge the gap between the accounting office and the physical inventory sites. The position will be the primary point of contact for on-site staff, ensuring that actual usage matches the financial records.

Requirements

• Self-Starter: Ability to "jump right in," troubleshoot independently, and manage your own workflow.
• Communicator: Capable of building strong working relationships with field teams.
• Analytical: Strong attention to detail; comfortable with Excel and accounting software.
• Experience: Previous accounting or inventory experience is a plus, but a high level of technical aptitude and a "can-do" attitude are the priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Daily: Compare site usage reports against accounting records to ensure 100% accuracy for 17 companies.
• Collaborate: Work directly with on-site employees to resolve paperwork gaps and clarify inventory movements.
• Investigate: Identify and solve variances through research and data analysis.
• Own the Process: Take initiative to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.
