About The Position

Position Summary: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper tracking of materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role supports production and warehouse operations by monitoring inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring material availability.

Requirements

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Excel
• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory systems or ERP software a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory control and compliance
• Generate and maintain inventory reports for management review
