About The Position

FocusKPI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location: Mountain View, CA; Onsite role (5 days a week)
Duration: 7-month contract with potential to extend depending on your performance in the future
Pay Range: $30+/hr

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience assisting in an office preferred
• PC and Smartphone App (Android and iOS) skills
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other applicable applications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized, a must
• Tech-savvy with devices

Responsibilities

• Assists with study equipment and device setup (pairing devices, app installation, etc.)
• Maintains detailed logs of lab inventories.
• Packages and ship study supplies.
• Keeps detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Comply with the client's device audits.
• Light clerical activities like printing, stapling, and filing.
• Maintain the physiological data collection lab, keeping an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
• Operates and maintains the physiological data collection laboratory equipment onsite.
• Maintain good clinical practice, following applicable health and safety principles and practices.
