About The Position

An Inventory Specialist is responsible for the handling of Food & Beverage product upon deliveries. During racing, an Inventory Specialist will be expected to assist in receiving product and transporting those products to various concession stands & dining rooms. This position will fill order requests for multiple locations to ensure that each area has enough product for daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in receiving/unloading Food & Beverage products from delivery trucks is a plus.
• Available to work a schedule based upon business needs including weekends during live race meets in April and October.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Must have good strength, mobility, and agility to perform the job effectively.
• Strong team player.
• High school education; one or more years’ related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Analytical skills for issue resolving.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload Food & Beverage items from delivery trucks.
• Transport Food & Beverage items to assigned locations.
• Assist in the Main Kitchen, as needed.
