About The Position

Responsible for assisting customers in completing In Store Pick Up (ISPU) transactions, Class III transactions & actively maintain inventory control at the retail level. Provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a positive buying experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales or customer service experience.
High attention to detail.
Working knowledge of NetSuite, Class III & 4473 paperwork, as well as the FBI NICS system.
Outstanding verbal and written skills.
Capacity to solve problems and deal with high customer volume.
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication both orally and written.
Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, communicate and generally interact with people in a positive way.
Positive attitude, goal driven, and focused on the overall strategic picture of the organization.
Always present yourself in a customer service-oriented manner.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Cash handling & previous cash register experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their transactions as the primary point of contact for ISPU 4473 transfers.
Accurately complete Class III paperwork in accordance with ATF standards.
If time allows, Assist Firearms Manager and/or Receiving Specialist as you are able.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Greet customers in a friendly and timely matter as they approach your work area.
Resolve customer issues to the best of your ability.
Maintain the store in all of which will include sweeping, dusting, restocking, fronting, etc.
Must be able to complete Federal Firearms Transfer Records (4473), Class III and other related documents with 100% accuracy.
Compete cycle counts daily to maintain the utmost accuracy for the store’s inventory.
Maintain a high working knowledge of product offerings to best advise customers in their purchasing decision.
Remain impartial when making a sale, do not let personal bias negatively influence the outcome of the transaction.
Efficiently close sales to meet overall store sales goals.
A commitment to following directions is required.
