About The Position

This role involves managing inventory, including stocking, cataloging, and performing quality checks on products. It also requires updating inventory counts, maintaining records, and reporting discrepancies. Additionally, the position serves as a backup Deployment Coordinator, which includes assigning devices to technicians, responding to clients for delivery updates, and monitoring user-based tickets for installations.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
• Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
• Receive shipments, update customer and business platforms for equipment accountability
• Assign devices to available technicians as they arrive and are received
• Respond back to clients for delivery updates or technician assignment
• Monitor and address user-based tickets being created for installations
