About The Position

The inventory specialist will support our Beusa Operating facility storing, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Daily overtime required and in-person, predictable attendance in Leetsdale, PA.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
  • Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs.
  • Typing and record-keeping skills are necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
  • Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counting program within warehouse.
  • Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.
  • Research any discrepancies with inventory accuracy and issues items to fleet/project when research has concluded.
  • Liaise with Director of Supply Chain and Warehouse leadership on all inventory inconsistencies.
  • Organize and sort items on shelves, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.
  • Monitor, research, and communicate on slow moving and non-moving inventory to all parties associated with making final decisions (Asset Integrity, Engineering, Supply Chain Management).
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
