Job Title: Inventory Specialist I Location(s): Springdale, AR Description: Typical Training / Experience Requires a BS/BA or Associate degree in a related discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience; certification may be required in some areas. OR requires an MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience in a related field; certification may be required in some areas. Department/Organization Scope & Impact Serves as a fullypetent, productive professional, working independently on moderatelyplex projects and assignments. Work has a direct impact on departmental and cross-functional results. Problem Complexity Performs the full range of standard professional-level responsibilities involving data processing, interpretation, and analysis. ​​​​​​​Identifies issues, proposes solutions, and takes appropriate action to resolve moreplex or less clearly defined problems. Demonstrates strong skills in data analysis, resolving missing or iplete information and addressing inconsistencies or anomalies inplex datasets or research. Autonomy Works with a high degree of independence, receiving guidance primarily on unusuallyplex problems or exceptions. ​​​​​​​Work is typically reviewed periodically by supervisors or internal stakeholders. Knowledge Possesses and applies broad knowledge of professional principles, practices, and procedures within the relevant field. ​​​​​​​Demonstrates a solid understanding of organizational technologies, systems, and best practices toplete moderatelyplex assignments.
