About The Position

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020. UIS is a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan) which was founded in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company. We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination. Summary: The inventory specialist (AAS) is responsible for executing inventory control processes for the AAS scope, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and availability of materials from receipt through installation. This role supports field operations by maintaining real-time material awareness and resolving discrepancies that impact workflow.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED in a related field.
  • 2+ years warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred
  • Understanding of the supply chain process and warehouse management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to use inventory management software, such as WASP/Jovix
  • Follow best practices for inventory control to minimize loss, damage, or overstocking.
  • Ensure that inventory procedures support company objectives for service levels and financial performance.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of material location and status.
  • Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits for AAS materials
  • Track and verify material movement (receiving, storage, staging, and issued to field)
  • Maintain accurate material location tracking and identification
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and misplaced materials
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and AAS field teams to confirm material readiness
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, documented and traceable
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within tracking systems
  • Provide daily reporting on inventory status, discrepancies, and material readiness
  • Support audits and material verification requests from leadership and field teams
  • Coordinate daily with AAS engineering team logistics liaison
  • Follow all established logistics and inventory control processes
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
