We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory & Shipping Coordinator to manage incoming inventory and prepare outgoing shipments. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse operations organized and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, shipping software)
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Unpack, label, and properly store inventory
- Identify and report damaged or missing items
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Organize warehouse shelving and maintain a clean workspace
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
- Ensure proper packaging to protect medical equipment during transit
- Communicate with sales and service teams regarding order status
- Assist with preparing equipment for customer delivery or technician dispatch
