About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $31.50/hour Location: Midland, TX Work Schedule: M-F, 40 hours + (9/80 or 5/40 schedule) Assignment Duration: 6 months + Benefits: Comprehensive insurance including 401(k), PTO, holidays Responsibilities Accountable for inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts Analyze and, when able, correct cycle count and inventory discrepancies Audit incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy Compile and document all transactions for data entry 15-20% of travel required Qualifications Experience in Materials Management. Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment Excellent organization and time management skills Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis Management of a transfer inbox, receiving emails from a variety of vendors for multiple yards SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principle Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company is required High school or GED required The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry. Requirements

  • Experience in Materials Management.
  • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
