Role Statement This role is accountable for optimizing inventory procurement to align with TAL's operational objectives, promotional strategies, and evolving customer demands. The position drives end-to-end inventory availability by ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective sourcing, while fostering strong vendor partnerships and enabling store teams to execute seamlessly. Replenishers are integral to TAL’s supply chain resilience, playing a pivotal role in minimizing out-of-stocks (“outs”) and maximizing product availability—directly supporting customer satisfaction, sales performance, and overall store efficiency.
