About The Position

Role summary: The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability. This role drives strategic alignment across merchandising, sourcing, and operations to ensure timely inventory positioning while managing supplier partnerships and mitigating disruptions. By leveraging data analysis and root cause problem solving, the manager enhances inventory health and performance metrics. Additionally, this position provides leadership and development for the team, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and champions continuous improvement initiatives to support business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do: Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration. Align forecasts and inventory flows to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal builds. Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve inventory and replenishment issues. Manage inventory health by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory metrics. Oversee product flow and allocation decisions using inventory systems to meet key performance indicators. Partner cross-functionally to align network inventory strategies and improve supply chain efficiency. Provide leadership by developing team capabilities, setting standards, and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving to drive inventory health improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies and execution.
  • Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a performance-driven work environment.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, process improvement, and execution of business plans.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing inventory flows, purchase orders, and responding to supply disruptions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance in all activities.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
