Flexible Schedule:Ideal candidates should be able to work 20 hours a week between the hours of 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, until May 8th. After that time, they should be able to work 40+ hours a week on the same shift with potential over time on Fridays through the Summer, ending around August 21st. Where is this opportunity located? Position located in Brookings, South Dakota in our Live Events Factory. What will the work look like for me? Learn Daktronics products, systems, processes, and flow through Daktronics. Pull parts to fill work orders. Handle inventory count discrepancies. Flexibility to work in all manufacturing departments. Must learn and be able to train employees in all Inventory tasks including: Work Order and pulling, Data Entry, Bulk Staging, and other tasks and procedures. Safely and responsibly use tools and safe lifting practices. Correctly follow written instructions. Accurately record work done. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner, including repetitive tasks. Quickly learn new tasks and accurately perform these tasks as assigned. Work effectively as a team member, work with little supervision, help when and where needed, make suggestions for process and product improvement, and communicate effectively with team members. Be at work on time and maintain good attendance; follow company guidelines and policies. Receive and verify incoming material. Kit materials and gather documentation needed for production. Perform physical cycle counts and material audits as assigned. Perform other duties as needed to meet customer expectations.
