Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, though most packages weigh less than 15 lbs
- Ability to move at a fast pace
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate those details effectively
- Must be comfortable using a box cutter
- Must have basic computer skills for logging information and creating shipments
- Consistent, punctual attendance
- Curiosity
- Strong sense of urgency
- Humility to ask clarifying questions, but confidence in your skills
- Receptive to feedback
Responsibilities
- Receiving packages from multiple deliveries per day
- Unboxing packages and visually inspecting items when they arrive
- Preparing customer parts to go to production for repair
- Delivering orders to the production floor using pre-determined processes
- Creating shipping labels and preparing shipping documents
- Boxing customer repairs with excellence to prepare them to go back to the customer
