Ontic’s Chatsworth, CA, site specializes in precision engineering, MRO, and new solutions for parts at risk of obsolescence. Our team is looking for a Program Analyst to join the team and to become part of a dynamic aerospace company. Reporting to the Manager of Operational Excellence (OpEx), the Data & Analytics Analyst translates operational and inventory data into actionable insights that drive execution, working capital performance, and delivery reliability. This role supports decision-making across supply chains, operations, and finance. Ontic has a long history in the Aerospace and Defense marketplace, producing high quality products used in both legacy and modern applications. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for: Analyze inventory portfolio (active, E&O, WIP) Develop, own, and manage dashboards for inventory health, shortages, backlog readiness, “clear to build”, site and operational level KPIs Ensure ERP (Infor Visual) data alignment Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights Identify inefficiencies in data and reporting processes Impact Expectations (First 90–180 Days) Stand up standardized inventory dashboard Identify top inventory reduction opportunities Improve shortage visibility tied to revenue Reduce manual reporting Improve data alignment across functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 4–7 years’ experience in Aerospace analytics, project management, or supply chain
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI, Python, and SQL experience
