Requirements

Strong experience in Inventory Planning and Production Planning
5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or procurement
Hands‑on experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle
Solid understanding of material planning, production schedules, and inventory control
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats in a growing organization

Nice To Haves

Experience in Electronics Manufacturing
Bilingual in Spanish (a strong plus due to collaboration with the production team)

Responsibilities

Plan and manage inventory to support production schedules and customer demand
Execute purchasing activities and place purchase orders to ensure on‑time material delivery
Own planning and inventory management for approximately 300 active part numbers
Monitor demand, lead times, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
Partner closely with Operations and leadership to align supply with production needs
Maintain accurate data and transactions in NetSuite and Oracle
Track open orders and proactively follow up with suppliers
Use Excel and Microsoft tools to support planning, reporting, and analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and purchasing
Manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, small‑company environment
