Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical and quality improvement skills.
  • Strong presentation and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1-year minimum Supply Planning experience.
  • Experience with an ERP System, preferably SAP ECC or SAP IBP
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, XLookup, Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices in Supply Planning

Responsibilities

  • Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans.
  • Maintain models for logistics uses, such as cost estimating and demand forecasting.
  • Apply analytic methods and tools to understand, predict and control logistics operations and processes.
  • Maintain databases of logistics information.
  • Balance supply and demand for finished goods to meet service, inventory, and working capital targets.
  • Analyze inventory targets and propose reviews and revisions as necessary
  • Validate and achieve monthly inventory days of supply via redeployment of inventory; facilitate reduction of excess inventory via destocking initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, and Sales teams.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in Deployment planning processes and systems
  • Compute reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates and inventory turns.
  • Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities to assess receiving, storage, shipping or inventory integrity.
