Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical and quality improvement skills.
- Strong presentation and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1-year minimum Supply Planning experience.
- Experience with an ERP System, preferably SAP ECC or SAP IBP
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, XLookup, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices in Supply Planning
Responsibilities
- Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans.
- Maintain models for logistics uses, such as cost estimating and demand forecasting.
- Apply analytic methods and tools to understand, predict and control logistics operations and processes.
- Maintain databases of logistics information.
- Balance supply and demand for finished goods to meet service, inventory, and working capital targets.
- Analyze inventory targets and propose reviews and revisions as necessary
- Validate and achieve monthly inventory days of supply via redeployment of inventory; facilitate reduction of excess inventory via destocking initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, and Sales teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in Deployment planning processes and systems
- Compute reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates and inventory turns.
- Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities to assess receiving, storage, shipping or inventory integrity.
