Trucent Centrifuge Parts and Repair, a division of Trucent, is looking for a Inventory Operations Intern to join our team in Noblesville IN. This position would be a full-time intern position that is 40/hours per week for about 12 weeks. In this position, you will help our business by assisting in Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory, archiving manuals and data sheets, Customer research, and assisting with ERP implementation. This is a great opportunity for anyone pursuing a business major, who has a strong technical side, or someone with a strong technical background that is curious in learning more about other parts of a growing business. We are ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a technical or bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to carry out instructions given in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision while managing projects.
  • Ability to apply hands on working knowledge to solve a problem using logic or scientific reasoning.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience is a plus.
  • Skills in SolidWorks and AutoCAD a plus
  • Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Assistance in shipping, receiving and inventory.
  • Archiving prints, manuals, data sheets
  • Competitor and customer research
  • Assist with ERP implementation.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and group leaders regarding sample data.
  • Comply with all aspects of laboratory safety and the Trucent safety program, including but not limited to hazard communication, PPE requirements, and safety training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
