About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Inventory Manager to lead our dispensary's inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams. This role is the backbone of the dispensary's product flow, overseeing everything from receiving deliveries to managing sales floor displays, ensuring products are always accurate, compliant, and customer-ready. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism. Requirements

  • Experienced in cannabis retail inventory (at least 1 year required)
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong math and auditing skills
  • A confident communicator who can coordinate between staff, leadership, and vendors
  • A strong leader who motivates, guides, and develops their team
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines and shifting priorities
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one (1) year of cannabis retail inventory experience and management experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Business Management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, audits, and product movement
  • Plan and delegate daily work assignments for inventory staff and provide hands-on support throughout the shift
  • Manage schedules, monitor timekeeping records, and communicate updates to leadership
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and SOPs
  • Lead merchandising initiatives to keep displays organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Coach staff, provide feedback, and enforce fair disciplinary standards when needed
  • Partner with purchasing and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies
  • Serve as a visible leader on the floor, modeling professionalism and reliability
