About The Position

PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is hiring for the position of Inventory Manager. A PIRTEK Inventory Manager supports operations by planning, stocking and sourcing critical parts and materials for the overall business. This position supports an enterprise of five (5) PIRTEK franchise locations. The successful candidate will assist all locations by analyzing inventory positions, ordering stock, sourcing parts as needed, and maintaining inventory accuracy. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This provides the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Inventory Manager ensures customers receive world-class service to get their equipment back up and running. Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management
  • Excellent, demonstrated computer skills (especially Excel)
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma considered
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hydraulics or equipment service industries a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to provide and execute stock ordering strategies relative to budget
  • Organize and sustain a disciplined ordering schedule and process
  • Document, implement and sustain processes related to inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Source parts exceptions as needed while developing vendor relationships
  • Manage function to meet KPIs
