Requirements

2–3 years of experience in customer-facing, retail stocking, or inventory control roles.
Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
Experience with RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, especially via email.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented and accountable with a team-focused mentality.
Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Use handheld RF scanners and mobile apps for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
Receive and inspect shipments, accurately scan and store items, and maintain cycle counts for up-to-date inventory records.
Engage with customers via email and phone, assist internal partners, resolve questions, and build trust.
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to suggest and implement workflow improvements.
Adhere to safety and organization standards by following site guidelines and wearing required PPE.
Monitor stock levels proactively and identify issues to prevent operational disruptions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
