To supply products on a timely basis to our customers, assist customers in stocking adequate parts, and assist in increasing customer sales by managing customer inventory at their facility. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Drive daily in company vehicle to customer facilities, take orders and put parts away into designated bins from previous orders. Label and identify all items to be managed in inventory. Load and unload trucks. Place stock on shelves or racks. Maintain customer area to be clean and straightened on a weekly basis. Helps customer determine best products to keep in stock, with input from the customer and outside salesman. Prepares orders and quotes in a timely manner. Turns in signed documentation that customer received material. Assembles bins and racks to store our parts at customer locations. Clearly communicate customer needs to both inside and outside sales, to better serve the customer on products and production selection. Periodically carry the emergency service pager.
