What You'll Do as an Inventory & Logistics Manager:

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations, along with 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and tools (Excel required; Fishbowl a plus; QuickBooks helpful), with an openness to using new technology—including AI—to improve systems and workflows.
  • Communicates clearly, supports team members, and leads with consistency and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track inventory accurately, analyze data, and solve problems before they become issues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and seasonal demands.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and operate sit-down or rough-terrain forklifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Background working with manufacturing bill of materials or assembly processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory accuracy and availability across the warehouse and four storage locations.
  • Maintain & improve inventory-tracking systems, ensuring data remains clean and reliable in existing software.
  • Plan inventory levels based on sales trends and seasonal demand (especially spring and fall) to avoid shortages and excess stock.
  • Coordinate purchasing and replenishment by working directly with suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead & support inventory and warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Keep storage areas organized, safe, and efficient while tracking incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Prepare inventory reports, identify process improvements, and share insights with leadership to support better decision-making.
  • Travel once per month to each storage location to support inventory oversight and consistency.
