In this role, you will: Monitor and report on any missing inventory Remote support for multiple locations that include a high capacity of inventory Proactively document, and communicate relevant data on consigned inventory and orders using SQL and other data tools Prepare weekly and monthly operation reporting Assist with new and ongoing investigations Identify and track trends with missing products at facilities Monitor special queues regarding the movement and value of inventory Proactively collaborate with other departments to accomplish inventory related goals Actively seek problems related to product and order status’. Research and report findings Deliver consistent accuracy results of 99% or higher of GOAT and Flight Club inventory in assigned facilities Use data to provide impactful inventory analysis with inventory trends to prevent and mitigate and loss Problem solve and create solutions derived from data extrapolation. Track location specific high value products and ensure compliance with high value product process We are looking for: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, customer service, or order management. 2+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience. 2+ years of experience in warehouse and retail inventory analytics and supply chain Experience with inventory tools, systems and processes in retail or warehouse setting An analytical mindset, with advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Google spreadsheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solver and process-improver Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment E-commerce experience a huge plus The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
