About The Position

The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist role is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting inventory transfers between warehouse locations and clinics nationwide. This position ensures accurate documentation, timely movement of goods, and proper system updates to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's preferred)
• 13 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory support, or logistics
• Weekend availability required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inter-warehouse transfers or distribution networks
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple transfers in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and discrepancy resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses and clinics
• Create, track, and close transfer orders in inventory/ERP systems
• Verify inventory availability prior to transfers
• Monitor transfer status and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies related to warehouse transfers
• Ensure accurate documentation for outbound and inbound transfers
• Communicate transfer details with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams
• Support cycle counts and audits related to transferred inventory
• Maintain transfer logs and generate transfer-related reports
• Identify and support process improvements for transfer accuracy and efficiency
• Create all shipping labels for transfers to and from the warehouse.
• Create packing lists for all medical inventory transfers with lot and expiration dates leaving the warehouse.
• Participate in weekly call with HQ Inventory Team to review previous weeks transfers and reconciliation results.
• File/monitor FedEx shipping claims for lost shipments.
• Support manager with month end inventory reconciliation & cycle count follow up.
• Provide additional support as needed to HQ Inventory team as needed.
