About The Position

We are looking for a person to assist our busy Advanced Supply department in maintaining customer inventory systems. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Productivity is a distributor of Machine Tools, Tooling and Accessories, Industrial Supplies, Robotics, and Services that help organizations overcome production challenges, streamline their operations and increase profitability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in related positions.
  • Proficient in computer and database systems, with experience in data manipulation, mapping, reporting, efficient data entry, and field merging.
  • Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Access knowledge required. Ability to quickly master new technology and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
  • Work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to be flexible and proactive.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Import, enter, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems, including pricing, order quantities, item updates, purchase orders, receiving, and employee data.
  • Complete customer requests accurately and maintain customer databases remotely.
  • Manage and fulfill all label and card requests within the AS Box.
  • Create and maintain barcode descriptions for items as needed.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to support customer-specific requirements.
  • Follow up on and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Generate weekly and monthly customer and internal reports, including Rubber Tree reporting.
  • Process customer billing activities.
  • Provide software support, with a focus on Fast Track.
  • Support Tool Crib staff during on-site customer interactions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing internal processes.
  • Prepare quotes for internal use.
  • Provide backup support for Tool Crib operations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
