About The Position
Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and returned products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift packages up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of purchasing and shipping computer system preferred.
- Prior experience of working with delivery drivers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receives and unpacks piece parts and raw materials
- Unloads LTL shipments as required
- Checks goods against bills of lading, packing slips, etc.
- Verifies nomenclature, identification, and quantity of goods
- Routes material to inspection, stores, or other destinations
- Scans documents into cloud based server as required
- Enters/ retrieves data from computerized purchasing system.
- Back up for Stockroom
- Performs other related duties as assigned
