Purpose: The Inventory Coordinator supports the repair depot's operational flow by ensuring technicians receive the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently. This role is responsible for processing incoming parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating part fulfillment for repair tickets. The Inventory Coordinator works closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain structure, organization, and timely part delivery across all repair operations. Scope: Intermediate-level position with prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Applies established processes and systems to complete assigned work within area of expertise. Works under moderate supervision with regular guidance and oversight from the Inventory Manager. Identifies and resolves straightforward issues using standard procedures and sound judgment.
