The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a(n) Inventory Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting inventory reconciliation activities for the Forest City distribution center, including monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory accuracy. Performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and driving corrective actions in partnership with cross-functional teams. Supporting inventory operations as needed to ensure smooth distribution center performance, including outside storage recalls and inventory transfers. Serving as a key resource for internal and external audits, including documentation support and inventory validation activities. Supporting system and quality readiness activities, including SAP-related initiatives, quality status updates, and aging product management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND one (1) year of experience in a distribution center (DC) environment.
  • Experience with JDA, SAP, and MS365
  • Five (5) years of inventory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting production scheduling, distribution planning, and/or materials/inventory control functions.
  • Experience training or mentoring new team members in inventory processes or systems.
