About The Position

Inventory Coordinator, Erlanger, KY This is an hourly level position. Position Summary: The inventory coordinator position is responsible for in-depth investigation of missing material, inventory variances, location reconciliations, product label changes, executing workflows, and other surrounding inventory tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate math calculations
  • Microsoft Excel/Office tools
  • Very High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate
  • Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience
  • Willingness to travel between local Erlanger facilities (20-25%)
  • Standing
  • Walking
  • Lifting – an average of 50lbs
  • Potential for respirator use
  • Stand Up and Cherry picker fork truck use
  • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Actively researching and maintaining “Cycle” locations
  • Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Tracking label changes/workflows in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Research and identify inventory balance issues
  • Run Empty location reports
  • Responsible for assigned weekly and monthly product counts
  • Follow ISO instructions
  • Change Item workflow’s
  • Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required
  • Semi-frequent travel between Erlanger facilities
  • Periodically perform cycle count duties if required
