SUMMARY: This position is responsible for counting, recording and reporting of nightly carcass inventory. Must be knowledgeable of all beef grades and the various types of beef grades. Also responsible for monitoring and reporting of old carcass inventory as well as other assignments deemed necessary my management. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other meat judging type experience. Computer Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills: Meats judging experience a plus. Know and understand U.S.D.A grading standards. Physical requirements: Job is performed in the sales cooler and requires ability to withstand cold temperatures and standing for extended periods.
